Perth NRM is an organisation that deals with sustainability and environmental issues in the Perth/Swan region.

The Australian Government’s NRM Regional Model recognises 56 regional organisations under the National Landcare Program.

NRM organisations can have a variety of structures; Perth NRM is an incorporated association with Deductible Gift Recipient (DRG) status, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

This Constitution was most recently revised at the 2019 AGM, and approved by WA’s Consumer Protection (Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety).

These revisions were designed to allow Perth NRM membership to community groups that may not yet have incorporated status.

The revised Constitution took effect on December 5, 2019.
