Perth NRM is an organisation that deals with sustainability and environmental issues in the Perth/Swan region.

The Australian Government’s NRM Regional Model recognises 56 regional organisations under the National Landcare Program.

NRM organisations can have a variety of structures; Perth NRM is an incorporated association with Deductible Gift Recipient (DRG) status, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

This Constitution was most recently revised at the 2021 AGM, and approved by WA’s Consumer Protection (Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety).

The quorum of members unanimously approved amendments to the Constitution regarding terms of directorship and a provision to allow members to be removed from the register once an organisation has ceased to operate or members cannot be contacted for more than six months.

The revised Constitution took effect in November, 2021.
