Come and spend an evening learning the incredible work behind Bannister Creek. Once a heavily polluted trapezoidal drain, Bannister Creek has been restored back to a living stream of huge ecological value. Bannister Creek is not only a success story for the environment but is the story of the hard work and passion of a community, who have protected and improved their local environment for over twenty years.

Presented by Julie Robert, one of the original founders of Bannister Creek Catchment Group, hear firsthand how a local community group created an internationally important change in urban water management. The work doesn’t end here. Find out about upcoming projects and learn how you can become a part of the Bannister Creek’s future.
