The University of Western Australia and Perth NRM invite you to our celebration and results-sharing event for the Turning Gardeners into Conservationists citizen science project!
During this final celebration event, we’ll reveal how the citizen scientists involved in our project have uncovered new knowledge about the animals that visit gardens in southwestern Australia, and which wildlife-friendly gardening activities best support wildlife. Learn how residents can help conserve wildlife in their gardens and discover how connecting with nature in backyards influences human wellbeing! At the event, you will also hear highlights from citizen scientists and learn about future opportunities to get involved in citizen science and gardening for wildlife. Citizen scientists of the project, their friends and family, project partners and the wider community are all welcome to attend.
