Swan Region Strategy

The Swan Region Strategy for Natural Resource Management provides a strategic, integrated framework for natural resource management in the Swan Region of Western Australia.

The Swan Region Strategy for Natural Resource Management (‘the Strategy’) provides an integrated framework for natural resource management in the Swan Region of Western Australia (‘the Region’). The Strategy guides NRM investment into the region and prioritises actions until 2023.

Perth NRM is the custodian of the Strategy and works to reflect the best available knowledge at the time of writing. The Strategy was developed with community and stakeholder consultation. It is a whole-of-region and multi-stakeholder plan intended to provide a focus for natural resource management in the Swan Region. Therefore, its intent is to reflect stakeholder aspirations and priorities for the Region. The development of this Strategy demonstrates the partnerships fostered between Perth NRM and our stakeholders.
