We deliver this project as part of our regional funding under the National Landcare Programme (NLP)

It aims to increase the engagement and participation of the community in NRM (NLP Strategic Outcome 3) through the delivery of a volunteer support and training program, and surveying the capacity of volunteers in conservation efforts. To see the results of the latest Community Capacity in NRM survey, please visit our Community Capacity Assessment page. The program also works with environmental professionals from Perth’s local council’s to enable them to improve environmental outcomes through seminars and networking opportunities. An initial Local Government Capacity in Environmental Management Survey was undertaken to identify the target topics of these seminars.
