Join us for the second forum of the newly established WA Coastal & Marine Community Network (WA CMCN), an evolving collaboration and movement. The WA CMCN was established at WA’s NRM and Coastal Conference in October 2019, where participants working on and for the coast (e.g. community groups, NRM agencies, local government and research organisations) voted to establish a network that could deliver positive outcomes by connecting across sectors and regions to address issues of import. The forum will provide an update on the networks growth and support, and will set clear directions moving forward.

This online Forum will be facilitated by a collaboration of Perth Natural Resource Management (Perth NRM), the Australian Coastal Society (ACS) WA Chapter, South West and Peel Coastal Management Group (CoastSWaP), the Department of Transport (DoT) and the University of Western Australia on behalf of the network. These parties have been supported by many others, you will learn about this network’s evolution and growth during the Forum.
