Be a part of the big picture for the annual Tangaroa Blue “WA Beach Clean-up”!

Join other West Aussies as we endeavour to clean up the WA coastline over a weekend – join us at Challenger Beach for a family-friendly, community beach clean-up to be part of the bigger picture.

This event is supported by Alcoa’s Challenger Beach Coastal Rehabilitation Project and the City of Kwinana, with additional support from Perth NRM’s Adopt A Beach program, supported by The Feilman Foundation.

When: 9:15 am arrival for 9:30-11:30 am beach clean-up
Where: Meet at Challenger Beach boat ramp, Sutton Rd entrance, Naval Base
Why: Marine Debris is an important issue, threatening wildlife, water quality and human health – be a part of the solution as we clean-up, survey and enter results into the Australian Marine Debris Initiative database to ID and look for reductions in waste at the source!
