Perth NRM is proud to have once again sponsored the City of Canning's Thru the Lens Photographic Competition and Exhibition, successfully engaging youth with the environment through photography.
Now in its second year, the Thru the Lens Photographic Competition and Exhibition is proving to be a great motivator to get young people critically engaging with their natural world.
This year, the competition was expanded to include even younger entrants, with three categories covering ages 8-11, 12-14 and 15-18.
This year the competition attracted 84 entries across all categories and the results have been stunning once again.
Perth NRM thanks the City of Cannning and the Canning River Eco Education Centre (CREEC) for continuing this iniative and we look forward to seeing how the competition develops.
